The Stadium of the Future

EverBank Stadium, home of the Jacksonville Jaguars (opens in a new tab) on the St. Johns River downtown, is in the middle of a roughly $1.4 billion renovation the team calls the Stadium of the Future. Construction began in 2025, and the renovated stadium is scheduled to open in August 2028.

The project also anchors new development around the stadium and the Shipyards district along the downtown riverfront, which is worth watching if you're considering downtown or nearby neighborhoods.

Schedules and seating during construction can change; check jaguars.com for the latest.
